Aosen Campus of the Affiliated High School of Tsinghua University organized a study trip to Xi 'an for sophomore students
On September 30, in the misty Xi 'an in the early morning, all the senior 15 students of Aosen Campus of Tsinghua High School ushered in the fifth day of Xi 'an research activities and the last day of this practice。
At 9:00 in the morning, the teachers and students first came to the Zhuque Gate, the south gate of the Xi 'an City wall。The city wall of Xi 'an, built in the Ming Dynasty, is the most intact ancient city wall in the world。The road on the city wall is high outside and low inside, in order to keep the rain inside the city when it rains, so there is a folk saying "fat water does not flow outside the field"。Walking on the city wall, as if time had mottled the figure of the years, history shook up the dusty memory, and everyone seemed to complete a historical time and space crossing。

After visiting the city wall, the teachers and students walked all the way east and came to the Forest of Steles Museum。One after another, waves of ink, clean SLATE road, people can not help but quiet。The forest of Steles has a history of 929 years and was once the site of the Confucius Temple。Under the detailed explanation of the docent, the students learned about the fonts of various literati and calligraphists, the gods and beasts of the spirit and the paintings and calligraphy。Afterwards, the students watched the process of the masters carving down the characters from the SLATE。

At around 16pm, we will take the G666 high-speed train to leave Xi 'an and return to Beijing。So far, the social practice of Orson Campus of Tsinghua High School in Xi 'an has come to a successful end。
This trip to Xi 'an is the first social practice activity held by G15 level of Aosen Campus of Tsinghua High School, which is committed to promoting children's initiative in learning, understanding society, expanding insight, experiencing life, feeling humanity, etc. The school hopes that students can step out of the classroom and feel the heaviness of history and the thickness of knowledge。
Students' social practice perception sharing:
This study tour to Xi 'an let me learn a lot, also saw a lot, the array of Qin terracotta soldiers, as if let me once again see the strong Qin across the Central Plains;Xi 'an History Museum and Folk Art Museum let me feel the wealth of historical and cultural accumulation for today。This trip not only I have gained historical knowledge, but also learned a lot of literature knowledge, it is really worth the trip。-- Zhao Jiade, Class 1, Grade 2
The five-day study tour is over。Looking back on what I saw and heard during this period, I deeply felt that these days were enriched, wonderful and meaningful because of this study tour。It was a worthwhile trip!During the study tour, we learned a lot about Xi 'an's rich culture and long history。Under the guidance of our teachers and guides, I learned that what impressed me most was that many docents and staff members warmly welcomed us and spared no effort to help us。This trip to Xi 'an has broadened my horizon, expanded my knowledge and broadened my mind。-- Class Soo Qing, Grade Two and three
Travel makes the wise more wise and the foolish more foolish。In a short period of five days, the ancient capital of Xi 'an brought us different feelings. The precipitation of history is vividly reflected here. The domineers of the Qin Dynasty, the calm of the Han Dynasty and the prosperity of the Tang Dynasty all took root and sprouted in Xi 'an, allowing us to experience the history and culture different from Beijing。-- Wang Chen, Class 3, Grade 2
